We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and all return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of original purchaser.
Our return and exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, improper installation or accidents. Clothing products cannot be returned once worn and/or washed. Clothing products must be in the new, original condition that they were received.
You can return or exchange online purchases from our website via mail. Any products purchased at our retailers cannot be returned or exchanged via mail, please go to the original place of purchase.
You must have a proof of purchase such as email sales receipt, purchase number with date of purchase, or member purchase history for all returns and exchanges.
Since quantities may be limited at times, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your item.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of our policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
